Alex has spent time living and doing business in China since 2015, travelling between China and Canada and building a practical understanding of Chinese business culture. At DIBA Trade Group, his focus is communicating with Western clients, answering questions and concerns, and helping arrange tailored support, including in-person factory visits.

His approach is direct: understand what the client needs, be clear about what can be delivered, and say upfront when something will not work. He believes in asking clearly for what you want, treating people with respect, and making commitments only about what he can control.
